Job Description

It is an exciting time to join us in Bradford Children’s Services.  We have a strong Senior Leadership Team who are focussed and have a clear vision to embed quality of practice across the Bradford District. Children are at the heart of everything we do.  We are and continue to embed Trauma informed, relationship based practice with focus on the Strengths based model, working with key partners across the district within our work with families and we have a clear model of care for the children and young people we look after.

Responsibilities:

• To take and produce clear relevant and accurate minutes and decisions dealing with extremely sensitive and highly confidential information, within established policies and procedures and to strict deadlines.

Requirements:

• We are looking for someone who has a solid experience of being able to produce comprehensive and accurate minutes of confidential meetings appertaining to children who are at risk.
• The individual needs to approach their work in a timely manner ensuring that deadlines are met. The role requires the individual to be both resilient and professional in their approach.
• The individual will need to manage changes to rotas at short notice and also work within the ‘virtual world’.
• The individual alo needs to have experience of administration and will be required to undertake other duties to ensure the smooth running of the service.
• The role requires an individual who can work effectively as part of team.
