Position Title: Customer Experience Manager

Job Description
People & Culture Services + Solutions is an internal global shared services organisation, responsible for delivering centralised & standardised People & Culture services for company from several geographical delivery centres.
Responsibilities:
Use customer insights, in partnership with the design team, to create the end to end customer journey and translate that into your product backlog
Understand the product backlogs, priorities, and dependencies of these individual product teams and support the coordination of work to ensure your product experience is delivered to plan
Collaborate with multiple bp product teams and 3rd party vendors to determine how their individual capabilities contribute to your end to end product experience
Partner with bp Innovation & Engineering (IT) delivery leads to determine an iterative release strategy for all development work through an understanding of technical viability and overall value to the customer.
Requirements:
Considerable experience as a product manager or product owner – can manage and develop a product or service through its full lifecycle to bring value for its customer.
Able to analyze insights & data to identify & prioritize opportunities to improve product operations, increase value to the customer & generate value to bp.
Develop & manages a product backlog by developing strong user stories & acceptance criteria and can prioritize based on a strong understanding of technical feasibility, value to customers, & business priorities.
Highly empathetic towards customers and can influence product leaders using design thinking to help develop an iterative product roadmap, including new features & regular product releases.
Experience working with multiple product teams or with multiple dependencies to deliver a cohesive experience
Experienced working in agile methodologies & using agile tools and can suggest improvements to ways of working to improve team & product performance.
Strong partner management skills & can communicate, sell in & engage a variety of audiences.
