Position Title: Retail Security Officer

Job Description:
As Retail Security Officer, you will work alongside our Store Management Team to meet loss prevention objectives and ensure the safety of our colleagues and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Adhere to and enforce Health & Safety guidelines
- Conduct patrols of the store
- Monitor CCTV footage, in line with company policy and procedures
- Act as a visible uniformed deterrent on the shop floor
- Greet and assist customers
- Observe and report any incidents in store
- Conduct internal investigations into stock loss, fraud and theft.
Requirements:
- Strong work ethics, honesty and integrity
- The ability to deal with challenging customers by showing professional behaviour at all times
- The ability to follow instructions whilst staying calm in pressured situations
- A balanced sense of judgment
- Effective communication, both verbal and written
