Responsibilities:

• This role requires a candidate who can adapt their manner and approach to tasks and people depending on the context and environment.
• You will be comfortable using your own initiative but know when to escalate issues.
• You will be a core part of the team so you will be expected to contribute and support your colleagues when appropriate and be confident asking for support when you need to.

Requirements:

• The successful candidate will have considerable experience in recruitment and will be confident using an ATS. You will have set up end to end recruitment campaigns and have an eye for the detail required. Working with office programmes, especially Excel and Microsoft teams, will be part of your daily routine so you should be using these programmes or similar.
• You will communicate with assertiveness and already do so regularly on phone, video calls and email. It is expected that you will use these skills daily when dealing with candidates and hiring managers.
