Job Description:

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated and Human Resources Adviser to provide expert knowledge on Employee Relations.

This is a great opportunity to develop your career and add value in a busy demanding environment. Educated to degree level or having equivalent experience, ideally CIPD qualified or working towards your full qualification, with a track record of successful outcomes, you will be able to support and assist the HR Business Partner in delivering solutions across a wide range of issues. You will be able to produce relevant and timely reports and advice and support line managers in the application of relevant policies and procedures and the operational management of their teams.

Responsibilities:

• This post will allow the HR Team to influence, challenge and support the achievement of the Hospital Site within Barts Health.
• Together with your Business Partner you will be working alongside the Divisional Management team and proactively contributing to the wider HR agenda and supporting the delivery of the Trust clinical strategy.

Requirements:

• The position would be suitable for someone who has recently completed the STP programme with a specialism in Radiotherapy Physics or an existing Band 7 wishing to develop their career in a new department.
