Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing individuals for the venue to become part of the team and contribute into the success of every event or night operation.
• Supervising the bar team and ensuring losses and efficiency through every service shift.
• Maintaining a good presentation for the bar assigned.
• You will be given aggressive sales goals which you will be handsomely rewarded for hitting.
• Provide weekly sales updates and projections to management.
• Provide weekly feedback about the team performance and ideas to improve the opportunities areas.

• 2-6 years of hospitality experience.
