Job Description

The focus on the role is on building resilience in families using key tools such as Signs of Safety, Barnet Threshold Continuum, Graded Care Profile, within a multi agency setting collating information from partners being curious about a children and young peoples lives.

Responsibilities:

• Our services are designed to put the child first and promote resilience in children, young people and their families and protect them from harm.
• Working to promote the right outcomes for children and young people the first time working alongside colleagues in the multi agency MASH team promoting early help options and support such as positive parenting, pro-social behaviours at home, school and in the community, offering interventions that supports problems escalating and enables children and young people to flourish.
