Job Description

As a HR Data Analyst, you’ll be supporting the governance, quality assurance, and remediation of HR data globally, in line with our data management policy, providing guidance on data matters to colleagues in HR and across the bank.

Responsibilities:

• Take on an analytical role, managing relationships with key stakeholders within HR, and across the wider bank data management community
• You’ll be delivering the end-to-end data management activity across the function, including data governance, data quality management, and data change management for all HR data

Requirements:

• Supporting the design and delivery of the self service remediation dashboard, completing root cause analysis, identifying issues, and implementing any changes
• Helping to increase data awareness across colleagues, demonstrating effective communication skills and ensuring the development of colleagues
• Staying up-to-date with trends in data management tools and techniques
• Helping to manage the HR data stored in the bank’s central data management systems, working closely with HR stakeholders and the chief data office where appropriate
• Contributing to the capabilities of the relevant analysts and changing manager practices
• Proactively promoting the purpose and benefits of data management, and sharing details of key data management successes
