Position Title: Repair Administrator

Job Description
This is an office-based administrator role, supporting key repair programs such as F-35 and Tornado. The role includes the administration of paperwork within the Oracle ERP system to raise, progress and complete all repairs paperwork for given projects. Training will be provided for the use of all systems. The role is based within the Support and Industrialisation (S&I) business area, as part of the repair admin. team. The Repair Administrator is responsible for defined projects within the team, while continuing to provide cross functional support to the S&I business. On-site attendance 5 days per week is expected, however flexi time is offered .
Responsibilities:
- Look to continuously improve all processes within the role, activity participate in improvement projects
- Processing exchange/loan or replacement service orders
- Help resolve any issues within the shipping process, including the resolution of Logistics Query Notes (LQNs)
- Initiate and progress return to vendor process
- Help keep check of job progress and provide assistance where required
- Raising Invoices to customers
- Process Service Requests (SRs) onwards to other business areas
- Liaising with other functions to help progress jobs through business e.g., to forward paperwork.
- Creating sales orders and works orders
Requirements:
- Business related qualification, City & Guilds or equivalent
- Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent Desired
- Oracle experience is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided
- A dynamic, highly motivated, flexible individual with good working knowledge of Microsoft office word, excel and PowerPoint
