Responsibilities:

• Providing Toolset Administration and configuration of the PLM Applications.
• Facilitating meetings and/or technical definition/change workshops.
• Defining, deliver and support Data Management processes, improvements and Quality.
• Seek out and identify opportunities for business improvement.
• Deployment of changes and improvements to the PLM Toolset.
• Mentoring and manage trainees, including graduates and apprentices.
• Support the development and deployment of PLM capability changes into the Business
• Managing a small team, allocating tasks, managing schedules, conducting performance reviews, motivating, monitoring and reporting
• Interaction with the customer to obtain requirements and provide recommendations.
• Define, design and develop Configuration, Workflows, Queries and Reports.

Requirements:

• Team leadership experience or ability
• Understanding of Service delivery (ITIL)
• Good knowledge of TeamCentre or other Enterprise applications. (either User or support of Enterprise Apps is good)
