Position Title:Warehouse Team Manager

Job Description:
As a Warehouse Team Manager, you will lead, manage and control your area of responsibility, in line with area specific KPI targets and time constraints. You will provide effective leadership, motivation, training and development to your team and will report to the Warehouse Shift Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Quick response where security intervention is needed
- Control all access of the site
- Conduct thorough patrols with the support of CCTV
- Booking vehicles in and out of the site
- Vehicle and colleague searches
- Inputting data, weekly reports and incident report writing
Requirements:
- Time management is necessary in order to meet tight deadlines
- Building strong internal relationships with various departments of the business
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
- Able to work at pace with accuracy
- Good communication skills – both written and verbal when dealing with supplier queries
- Great attention to detail and accurate inputting
- Some experience in a similar role within finance (purchase ledger) is desirable but not essential as training will be provided
