Job Description

The person we are looking for will be integral in the day to day functioning of the team. They will be working with a legal secondee or intern within the team to review non-disclosure agreements, hold harmless letters, assist in the UW process and preparing of quotes. Additionally, they will also be responsible for managing internal systems e.g. Workbench and rating tools. We are keen to engage someone who is eager and interested in building a career in M&A underwriting.

Responsibilities:

• Salary of up to £40,000 depending on location, skills and experience

Requirements:

• Legal background e.g. experienced corporate/ M&A paralegals; or
• Prior experience of working as an analyst or UW assistant in M&A underwriting or broking; or
• Accounting or financial background with some experience and skill in excel, power point, etc.
