Responsibilities:
- We are currently looking to recruit a Personal Assistant to join our team in AstraZeneca’s Human Resources (HR) department, supporting HR for Biopharmaceuticals Commercial, EUCAN & US & Japan.
- In this role, you will provide senior/complex administrative support with the opportunity to gain a broader skill-set through involvement in various projects.
- As an initial point of contact for many internal stakeholders, we are seeking someone with strong communication and relationship building capabilities.
Requirements:
- Responsible for expense report management, budget tracking, invoice management/processing & office/supply orders
- Coordinate training activities and communications
- Provide recruitment process support and assists with team changes
- Establish and maintain knowledge management of process and procedural documents for periodic reviews (e.g. HR Strategy, Process, Policies, Records Tracking) where
- required.
- End-to-end global travel arrangements for departmental staff
- In partnership with HRVP, prepare and support team communications.
- Manage AstraZeneca systems, processes and tools to support new employee onboarding and contractor onboarding as well as off-boarding administration
