Responsibilities:

• Utilise machinery for the flushing of coolers, to the required standard.
• Clean and prepare all coolers for inspection/despatch, to a high standard.
• Perform particle count if required.
• Highlight any defect/non-conformance (visual inspection).
• Setting and use of computer controlled nameplate marking.
• Ensure all coolers are packed to required standard.
• Visually check parts for any defects.
• Ordering and stock management of consumables.
• Liaise with freight forwarders and couriers for the export of goods.
• Production of moulds and formers.
• Ensuring all individual customer packing requirements are met.
• Satisfy Known Consignor Security requirements.
• Ensure all Quality Procedures and standards are maintained and followed.

Requirements:

• Skilled at routine mechanical and/or electromechanical assembly operations
• Able to operate a variety of hand tools and machinery
• Ability to read and interpret company documents, such as safety rules, operating/manufacturing instructions, policies and procedures
• Good manual dexterity required to work with small parts
• Capable of recognizing and solving typical problems that can occur in own work area; evaluates and selects solutions from established options
