Job Description:

To support the Senior Talent Partner in driving and executing a Talent Acquisition plan that addresses the current and future Talent needs of the business in line with our long-term ambitions To attract, assess & hire the best talent in the market to enable the businesses future success To advise & inform the business as to the latest market trends, competitor landscape & provide direction on the most efficient routes to market to access the best Talent available

Responsibilities:

• Using industry knowledge to advise stakeholders on patterns and trends/reporting key recruitment statistics
• Supporting with both the build and facilitation of Assessment Centres, ensuing fairness and consistency across all processes creating a best in class candidate & hiring manager experience
• Managing and liaising with external recruitment agencies agreeing terms and SLA’s
• Managing end to end, the recruitment of unique roles across our support functions
• Screening CV’s and video interviews, conducting telephone and face to face interviews, offer management and feedback ensuring a positive candidate experience from end to end regardless of outcome
• Working in partnership with the wider People Experience team to build a strong employer brand, integrating all our social media strategies; including ASOS careers page, LinkedIn, Twitter etc
• Utilising social media channels to maintain high direct sourcing success
• Identifying the most effective recruitment methods when advertising roles across all our business functions that provides a strong ROI
• Screening and booking of candidates for a variety of volume and/or specialist roles across the
• ASOS business
• Maintaining Recruitment and Assessment Centre Trackers to accurately track candidate mobility throughout the different recruitment stages
• Building strong partnering relationships within the People Experience team and Hiring Managers across the business at all levels
• Identifying and fostering relationships externally with hard to attract/source talent – adept in networking and curating in-demand talent

Requirements:

• A good understanding of a variety of assessment methodologies and approaches – both technical & behavioural
• Good presentation skills – an ability to engage medium-large sized audiences
• Experience of successfully sourcing hard to find talent via Social tools such as LinkedIn, Twitter etc
• Experience in the utilisation and deployment of an Employer Brand proposition
• Experience of working with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to juggle multiple demands
• A strong Recruitment / Talent background either from an agency, RPO or in-house environment; able to manage high volumes of vacancies within tight timelines
• Proven success in using direct sourcing methods to minimise agency usage
• A natural flair when engaging with peers to maintain a collaborative and efficient working environment
• A basic understanding and appreciation of psychometric/non-technical testing tools and their place in a volumetric hiring model
