Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for the post of Receptionist, based in liveArgyll’s new flagship venue Helensburgh Leisure Centre.

We are looking for a positive, self-motivated individual to provide high quality, professional service to all our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Other duties will include cleaning, and if required, assist in the setting up of equipment. The post holder should be flexible and they will receive training and mentoring in all aspects of the business.
• This is a Permanent post working 35hrs per week on a pre arranged Rota including early shifts starting from 6.15am, late shifts ending at 9.00pm along with weekend working.

Requirements:

• The successful candidate will undertake a range of duties including, reception, cash handling, retail sales, answering the telephone, taking bookings and relaying customer information.
• IT skills are desirable.
