Responsibilities:

• The successful candidate will need the enthusiasm and the drive to spot opportunities for new clinical and non-clinical apprenticeships as well as making sure our existing programmes continue to thrive.
• This is a new job and your role will be to maximise the potential of apprenticeships. The post holder will be responsible for the management of the apprenticeship levy and the associated financial and monitoring requirements as well as ensuring that the organisation complies with the national apprenticeship rules and guidelines.
• As Apprenticeship Project Manager you will lead the delivery of a variety of apprenticeships at varying levels across the Trust to support workforce development plans and initiatives within the scope of the apprenticeship levy.

Requirements:

• Significant NHS experience and an appropriate professional degree qualification related to health care or equivalent experience are both essential.
