Position Title: Application Administrator

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate the forecast, budget and strategic planning process’ including related communications to users, preparation of reporting / meeting calendars.
  • Analysis of data loads to ensure the planning application data is in line with source data application and any identified discrepancies are resolved.
  • Working closely with our users, continual development and improvement of planning application.
  • Assume accountability along with Manager, Information Delivery for the timeliness, accuracy and value of all financial information used for decision making during the forecast/budget cycles.
  • Ad-hoc support for Senior Manager, Management Information as required.
  • Other ad hoc analysis for Manager, Information Delivery as required.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to understand technical problems and solutions in relation to current as well as future business environments
  • Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills for the purpose of providing and explaining technical information to customers, team members and senior management
  • Adaptable to change
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Advanced Excel skills
