Responsibilities:

• Work on archiving data no longer in use according to policy within appropriate standards alongside the ongoing compliance activity to identify and eliminate duplicate records.
• Continuous review of procedures, alignment of processes and best practice recommendation to standardise wherever possible.
• Conduct regular assessment of automation tools and how can be utilised to improve accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with the SSC team leaders, sister French SSC and others over strategy and how centralising and adopting a common way of working can improve quality of service in the future.

Requirements:

• Qualifications and Experience
• Effective IT application skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,) and, ideally, Lotus Notes.
• Good working knowledge of SAP and modules
• Recognised accounting or master data qualification desired.
• Some experience of working with automation tools preferred.
• Understanding of internal controls, validation and compliance within a major Corporate including SOX requirement.
• Ideally the successful candidate would have gained some master data management experience in a large or Shared Service environment.
