Job Description

We are seeking to recruit a additional full time Tutor/Instructor at Burwell, to work with the team at Burwell as well as colleagues from across the Stibbington Centre and from the School Improvement Service. The successful candidate will share our ambitious vision for outdoor education, and can assist in the recovery from the coronavirus pandemic. They will share the responsibility for developing and maintaining a high-quality educational, weekend and holiday offer. As well as a passion and enthusiasm for outdoor education and being able to pass that onto the groups that they work with they need to be a strong leader, have instructing/teaching skills, an understanding of the outdoor industry and knowledge of the national curriculum.
