We are seeking to recruit Transformation Business Analysts to join our dynamic high performing team to support the delivery of our corporate ambitions.

Responsibilities:

• This is a unique and exciting opportunity to be part of large-scale change and the transformation of services provided to residents and businesses across Daventry,
• Northampton and South Northamptonshire. We are keen to recruit highly experienced and skilled Business Analysts, ideally with Agile, BCS Business Analysis, PRINCE 2 and/or MSP experience and qualifications. The successful candidates will be passionate, enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals with a solution focussed attitude.
• Candidates will also need to demonstrate effective communication and presentation skills including the ability to negotiate and influence to secure successful outcomes and build credibility.

Requirements:

• You will have a track record of delivering business change, working and building relationships with stakeholders, ensuring the best outcomes for our residents, partners and customers.
• You will also need to demonstrate that you can use Business Analyst tools and techniques on concurrent pieces of work, in areas where you may have no subject matter expertise.
