Job Description

Are you an experienced building surveyor that is looking for their next opportunity to join a fast paced, effective team that will assist senior surveyors and the surveying manager in managing projects, programmes of work and responding to customer concerns?

Responsibilities:

• Undertaking general surveying duties and quality inspections on our housing properties the post holder will ensure a professional surveying service is provided to secure the quality of building works on site and ensure customer satisfaction whilst supporting projects.
• Having effective communication skills, possessing strong negotiation and influencing skills the successful candidate will deal with a wide range of stakeholders including customers, partners and external agencies both orally and in writing. Along with being self-motivated, adaptable and flexible in their approach to work.
