Job Description

This fantastic Job opportunity involves working in our Income Management Team within the Housing Division. The Income Management Officer is responsible for maximising the rental income for the authority by collecting rent, minimising rent arrears, and supporting customers to help sustain their Council tenancies.

Responsibilities:

As defined in our reach project plan, you’ll join our team who aim to make measurable improvements  to the lives of the young people we support.  You’ll do this by delivering sessional work, group work programmes and whole family support using evidenced-based interventions that are proven to have a measurable impact on children and young people’s outcomes.

Requirements:

Most importantly, you’ll be able to work with our young people to improve their learning outcomes.  Supporting vulnerable children and young people with diverse needs, you’ll have experience of delivering learning opportunities in a variety of settings.  Using your experience in an education/youth or a youth justice setting,  you’ll support parents and cares within the process. Providing a supportive environment where young people are put at the forefront of every decision.
