Responsibilities:

You will have responsibility for the effective commissioning of services for Older People. This role will take account of the evidence base for Older People. Liverpool Adult Social Care and Liverpool Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) promote partnership working across a number of agency boundaries.

Requirements:

• Educated to degree level or equiavlent releavnt experience
• Senior management experience within a strategic comissioning environment
• Senior management experience within Local Authority, PCT or NHS Trust
• Experience of delivering complex agendas within a multi-agency partnership environment
• Experience of having worked in partnership with service users and carers in planning and improving services
• Understanding of current issues for Older People and National Older People’s policy environment
