Position Title: Senior Human Resources Business Partner

Job Description:
We have a fantastic opportunity to cover a Senior HR Business Partner (Leadership, Development & Talent) on a 6 month attachment/fixed term basis, with the aim of the role commencing during April 2022. Working within our People and Organisational Development team, you will be partnering across News and Nations on some truly exciting projects.

Responsibilities:
- Supporting on embedding performance and development initiatives
- Facilitation of the talent and succession road map for the Division
- Supporting work on the D & I agenda
- Key point of contact for Divisional leadership teams on People and Organisational Development plans and progress
- Pan-BBC review of attachments for career development
- Collaborating closely with People and Organisational Development colleagues on activity relating to Culture and Values or Leadership Development
Requirement:
- Ideally already operating at a Senior HRBP level
- Experience of talent and succession, performance management, D&I
- Extensive experience of operating in a business partner model, working with local managers to create positive business outcomes.
- Able to take the initiative and be responsible for the decisions made.
- Communicates, challenges and influences a variety of stakeholders effectively
- Project management experience
- Excellent collaborative approach, always thinking systemically and joining the dots
- Experience in writing business papers and making presentations
