If this is how you like to work then please read on…We have a fantastic opportunity for an Insight Analyst to come and support our Workforce Management team, located at our head office in Deeside, near Chester.

Responsibilities:

•  Analyse financial wage data and create financial models for decision support
•  Anticipate future demands of initiatives related to performance and design/implement solutions to meet these needs.
•  Analyse past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
•  Guide the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures
•  Evaluate financial wage performance by comparing and analysing actual results with plans and forecasts
•  Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial wage performance
•  Support the implementation of best practices in terms of financial controls and reporting into new developments.
•  Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/ forecasting tools
• Perform financial wages forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking

Requirement:
