Responsibilities:

• An understanding of Special Educational Needs and behaviour management.
• A positive and friendly approach to working with children with severe learning difficulties.
• Have a creative approach to teaching and engaging with pupils according to their educational needs
• An ability to take initiative and work closely with a supportive team environment
