Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Planning and Supply Team as a Supply Executive on a Permanent basis. You will take ownership of the complete order to delivery process for all Supply Audi Vehicles for the UK Market and will be responsible for reporting for the customer and Brand.

Responsibilities:

• If you’re the sort of person that likes being busy, there is plenty for you to get your teeth into. You’ll be planning the production of the nation’s orders, maintaining the order bank, releasing vehicles for shipping and trucking and providing forecast updates and coordination of management information for reporting requirements with key stakeholders.
• It’s important that you’re a team player, a strong communicator and analytical as you’ll be liaising with our dealerships and colleagues across the Brand.
• You need to be organised and proactive, to ensure continuous improvement. Strong organisational and time management skills are essential, and we’re looking for someone who puts emphasis on high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Confident using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Got all that and you’re ticking all the boxes. Experience within an automotive team is desired, but not necessary, as opportunities and projects will develop your knowledge and skillset.
